Members are granted a single copy license to use any of the resources made available on this site for personal, noncommercial use only. In addition, members may not: modify any of the materials found in any area, remove, modify or alter any copyright or other proprietary notice, or trademarks, or otherwise transfer any material to any other person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate a user's membership at any time if he/she breaches or violates any provision of the agreement. Program Requirement To view our content properly, you will require Macromedia flash player, version 6 or above. This player allows for more interactive animations, increasing the enjoyment of our online courses. If you currently do not install this program, you can download it for free. How do I access the program materials? To access the IELTS sample tests and materials. Enter your Username and Password then click on the "Login" button. You will automatically be taken to your personalized IELTS tests. Click on any of the links on that page and you will be taken to the corresponding IELTS content. Do you share the member list or distribute my personal information? Absolutely not. We do not release any personal information, or our members list, to any other company. We may occasionally post demographic information in our media kit, but that information is always anonymous, and we do not sell it or redistribute in any way. For complete information, be sure to view the privacy statement page. My login and password won't work! What should I do? Did you remember that your login data is case-sensitive? You have to type in your username and password EXACTLY as you were assigned them. If you correctly entered your username but forgot your password, click on the "forgot password?" link under the log in box. Please be sure that your login is still valid. Remember, your membership is time-sensitive. If you're still failing to access your IELTS program, send a question to our support staff. I don't hear any sound in the sample listening sections. What should I do? Your hardware may be installed incorrectly. Check to see that the soundcard, speakers or headphones, and cables are connected and in good operating condition. If these are functioning correctly, your Flash Player will likely be the cause of the problem. Please send your problem to our support staff. What are my payment options? Currently, we only accept payment through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can use any PayPal-accepted payment method. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay with any major credit card via Paypal website. Why do I go to PayPal to pay? We have chosen PayPal as our credit card processing service. The service they provide allows our customers to submit their information to PayPal's secure site. Do I have to have a PayPal account in order to pay? No! You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay. However, if you do have a PayPal account, your checkout will be slightly faster and this transaction will become part of your PayPal transaction history. So, while you don't have to have a PayPal account, we recommend it for your benefit. Why did you choose PayPal for credit card processing? PayPal has earned a name in the industry for being a safe and secure means for offering easy payment for goods and services on the internet. How do I get a download link for my electronic download purchase? You will receive your purchased eBooks via email within 24 hours upon the completion of your order. We highly recommend that you make a duplicate or backup copy of the software you have downloaded. E-BOOK RETURN POLICY : Can I get a refund? No. All sales are final.
